To ensure this, we kindly ask all clients to follow the guidelines below when visiting us.

Appointments & Arrival

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to allow us to deliver your service without compromise.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Arriving more than 5 minutes late may mean your appointment needs to be adjusted or rescheduled, to ensure we can maintain our schedule for all clients. Rest assured however, we know sometimes life happens and if we can accommodate, we will x

Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or amend your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Repeated missed appointments may require payment in full for future bookings.

Colour Services & Patch Testing

For your safety, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to any colour service if:

  • You are a new client
  • You have not had a colour service with us in the last 6 months
  • Your medical history has changed

We may be unable to proceed with your appointment without a valid patch test.

Hair Preparation

For the best results, we recommend arriving with clean, dry hair, unless advised otherwise.

Hair that is heavily coated with product, oils, or build-up may affect the outcome of your service and may require additional time or preparation.

Consultations & Results

Every appointment begins with a consultation to ensure we fully understand your desired outcome.

While we always aim to achieve your ideal result, outcomes can vary depending on your hair’s condition, history, and previous treatments. We will always provide honest, professional guidance to achieve the best possible result.

Payments & Deposits

Selected services may require a deposit to secure your booking.

This will be clearly communicated and deducted from your final bill.

Adjustments

Your satisfaction is of upmost important to us.
If you have any concerns following your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to review and, where appropriate, make adjustments.
