No Show & Late Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

At Cut by Katie, every appointment is carefully planned to allow sufficient time for personalised consultations, colour work, cutting, and finishing services. Late cancellations and missed appointments can make it difficult to offer availability to other clients waiting to book.

Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before your booking can be amended without charge.

Cancellations within 48 hours

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booked service value.

No shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a charge of up to 100% of the booked service value.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, where insufficient time remains to complete your service safely and to our usual standard, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a late cancellation.

We understand unexpected situations occasionally arise. If circumstances beyond your control prevent you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible.
